• Make Set up approvals with the help of Engineering Drawing.
• Doing audit for Poka- yoke inspection.
• Giving Information and Training about customer complaint to all PDI inspectors.
• Prepare Trials Reports For New Development parts
• Reading CMM Reports, wall thickness Reports, Roughness Reports Etc.
• Checking X-ray of Line parts on daily basis.
• Analysing any defect on line and informing it to seniors for correction.
