End-to-end development of both PMSM and IM EDU for multiple projects has been completed. (Kanger.ev, Tiago.ev, Punch.ev, Curv.ev) 2 projects WIP.
Implemented process improvements from the LLB learned from previous projects to decrease the PPM and IPTV factor of EDU. Continuous monitoring of the field and in-house complaints to reduce the TAT time.
Worked on the localization of the EV single-stage reducer and stator-rotor assembly to meet the lower cost target.
Coordinated the establishment of a greenfield GB assembly line for two suppliers, Stator and Rotor Assembly line, and EDU assembly line.
Identification and recommendation of a recommended supplier based on the RFQ and SOR received from the Engineering team.
Shortlisting suppliers by conducting TRSO with CFT and nominating suppliers in the sourcing council based on technical and manufacturing capability.
Engaged with the Engineering and Vehicle Validation team during the vehicle validation phase to deliver the project on time.
Supporting the CFT team to close the RFI, DVP, QF, and TRSO.
Reviewing the supplier assembly line during the planning phase by using tools like PFD, line layout, PFMEA, tooling, gauging, and packaging.
Monitoring tier 2 supplier development status, such as tooling, assembly line readiness and validation, PFMEA study, gauging readiness, and packaging.
Monitoring 8D and quality issues for previous projects, and incorporating the same during the new product development in terms of LLB.
Monitoring part development status through the APQP format.
Responsible for preparing the IR/MR report, conducting the PPAP at the supplier, or obtaining PSW sign-off.
Experience in building a field assistance team for newly onboarded suppliers and releasing the serviceability part list, as well as the process for releasing parts in the field.
Worked with suppliers from different countries.
Closely monitoring vehicle validation status and part validations.
