Responsibilities :

• Assist the project manager since award of work till the completion in reviewing the contract documents to ensure clarity regarding project scope deliverables, schedule, budget, and other contractual obligations. Identify any discrepancies or ambiguities that may need clarification.
• Help organize and prepare for the project kickoff meeting. Gather relevant project documentation, create agendas, and coordinate logistics to ensure a smooth and productive meeting.
• Streamline project management processes, enhance communication and coordination among project stakeholders, and contribute to the successful execution of the project from the award of work stage onward.
• Understand & identify various design drawings and coordinate with multidisciplinary departments for ex. MEP for smooth execution of work.
• Coordinate the procurement process and evaluate proposals from potential subcontractors
• Coordinate and oversee various project elements, ensuring all aspects are aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product teams, to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and met.
• Participate in planning and strategy meetings, offering insights and suggestions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to organizational consistent approach across all projects.
• Handle administrative and PMO responsibilities including preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations and ensuring compliance with internal processes and governance standards.
• Coordinated with internal departments as well as external vendors to ensure successful completion of tasks.
• Study complete tender document, qualification requirement and making necessary tender synopsis and other assessment for qualification.
• Responsible for preparation of Techno commercial proposals, timely planning, management, and completion of the allocated sections of bid submissions.
• Develop a creative approach to the writing and presentation of bids.
• Act as the company’s contact point for the client during the enquiry, bidding process, attending Prebid and Post bid meeting.
• Assist Business Development team in preparation of Win- Loss Analysis, maintaining data bank and also keeping track of live (submitted) tenders from floating of tenders up to award of work.
• Support to Engineering Team for preparation of various reports.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination to integrate various design disciplines into the project.

• Strategies consulting services for construction domain
