  • Configuring e-mail alerts for High Priority Servers with configurable thresholds per server. These thresholds were lookup configured and the level of alerts were also categorized (as an amber alert or a Red alert).
  • Integrated Splunk instances with myWizard applications and configured Machine Learning Models for auto routing of ServiceNow Tickets. This use case predicted the reassignment of tickets to the correct assignment group without any manual intervention.
  • Configured Alert Centre Dashboard in Splunk with myWizard Automation Workflows for initiating Microsoft Teams alerts. This included creation of workflows that converted Splunk Alerts to Detailed Teams alerts of High priority Servers.

  • Management of various Splunk Instances hosting automation scenarios such as Automatic Ticket Assignment of ServiceNow tickets, Ticket Analysis and Automatic Resolution of ServiceNow tickets. This includes changes in backend configurations as per client requirements.
  • Configuration of Automatic assignment of Servicenow Tickets for High Priority tickets. This use case assigned High Priority tickets to the resource eligible for such Tickets(configured in lookup) and calculated the resource with the minimal workload and assigned the ticket within the response SLA.
  • Management of Splunk instances hosting various Performance Metrics of thousands of Servers. This included modifications in the dashboard xml, limiting metrics as per Client requirements and addition of customized metrics via scripts.
