Ayushman Banwariya

A fourth year law student at TIIPS, Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha university, my areas of interest include Public International Law, Corporate/Commercial law, Contract Law, International Trade Law and Investor-State arbitration, with national Moot Court experience, Research experience and Certifications to that effect. I have interned at multiple law firms, transcending practice areas, including litigation on matters such as Company Law, Arbitration, Civil Litigation across matters and Procedural Law. Aside from academics, I have been recognised for my oratory, literary and social skills, implemented in a plethora of spaces, including gitarattan international business school for my moot performance. I'm passionate about access to justice and the diversity of my certifications, areas of study and internships are reflective of my consistent passion to venture into new fields.
