- Working as Manufacturing Engineer for AIRBUS locations for Toulouse (FAL), Saint Eloi & Nantes.
- Working on Non-Conformance (NC) for PYLON in A320 and A321 Variant by Creating and releasing NSI sheet & SO3 with routing operations in SAP-PEA.
- Create NSI and MET with the required fasteners, Supports, Torque table with direction and Aero zones.
- Work order creation SO3 with following steps like Drilling, Installation, work centre, Components, Process time, AIP's etc.
- Delivered around 650+ NC'S with and created a bench mark in quality.
- Validation of BOM for A320 FAL using Airbus tools GILDA, AIRINA, 3D Jump & SAP-PGI.
- Worked on export control documents to release, as per client requirement, in SAP-PEA for FAL.
