• Remaining life Calculation, reviewing reports, and establishing inspection interval as per RP codes.
• Follow-up Meridium inspection Task, review previous inspection report, report preparation, recommendations follow-up
• Field inspection and shopand inspection of PSV and PRD Equipment.
• Performed On-stream inspection according to APl 510 recommend practices of all static equipment's efficient in report writing.
• On-stream inspection includes checking the condition of insulation, painting, nozzles and instrument. connections include drains and vents, fasteners, dished ends, skirt, foundation, insulation support rings, davit arms.
• Inservice Inspection of Statis Equipment & Piping that includes Piping support inspection, Injection point, Mixed Points Inspection, Piping integrity Survey, CUI Inspection, External Visual Inspection for process leaks, deadleg inspection.
• Rectifying total observation of Piping /equipment and providing appropriate repair guidance according to applicable codes.
• Providing observations and recommendations for an external integrity survey.
• Reviewing previous history of inspection and being familiar of further planning of next Inspection.
• Inspecting and assessing abnormality and damage mechanism with respect to API Standards and client requirements.
• Reviewing NDT activities such as DPT, Ultrasonic Thickness Reports (UTG), PRT, PAUT & TOFD and maintaining tracking of reports via generating soft copies.

• Attended various shutdown inspection activities with Major Clients - ONGC-MEIL (Assam), GAIL-MEIL (Assam) & HPCL (Vizag).
• Review client Specification, Procedure, Inspection Test Plan (ITPs) and Isometric drawing etc.
• Read & review of previous history of equipment’s data sheets & Hold points.
• Conduct Internal, External & on-stream inspections of all static equipment’s such as Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Drums, Heaters, Coolers & Tanks as per the requirements.
• Inspection of welding at various stages like before welding, during welding and after welding.
• Witness for conventional NDT Inspections (RT, UTG, PT & MT) and review of Inspection reports.
• Reviewed Radiography film interpretation identified the defects & evaluated the results as per acceptance criteria.
• Witness Pressure testing like Hydro test & Pneumatic test & verifying Pressure gauge Calibration due dates.
• Maintaining equipment & Instruments calibration certificates.
• Safe work permit system / procedures in plant being as a performing party ensure safety at work site.
• Ensure and follow the Safety regulation in the Site and working in Safe & Healthy Environment.
• Technical Clarification/discussions with Clients.
• Maintain all the records such as daily updates & weekly reports were submitted to client.
