Strengths

  • PROJECT 1, Setup of new production unit from green field to a complete production area. Requirements collected from each internal teams and evaluated it, consolidated into a final data. Based on it new plan was prepared and to it additional features were added to make a complete automated production setup. Budget was prepared on the final layout & executed successfully. Energy management system was key focused on this project as impact all the electrical heaters were converted to steam heater. Electrical chillers replaced by vapour absorption chillers. These two works on steam base, production location has boilers here the boilers were used for these 2 purpose which reduced the use of electrical energy.
  • PROJECT 2, A small prototype was internally made for automatic paint spraying system and it got success. Based on it a new machine has been imported and erection / commissioning were done with my team. During pandemic situation machine manufacturers couldn’t visit for hand overing and my team completed the trail process successfully and handed over to production team.
  • PROJECT 3, A raw material has to be maintained at same temperature from initial stage to its final stage. Here we have made a automated system of raw material processing were these recipes are transferred in a appropriate ratios with the control of PLC and its cross verified by a external weighing system within the tolerance temperature. These transfer systems are made with the steam jacketed pipeline system to withstand the temperature.
  • PROJECT 4, A old machine which operated in manual process was turned a semi- automated system (by altering sliding & auto suction system). A sliding system consist of sliding arrangement which helps in collecting the finished products automatically. Auto suction system helps in injecting raw materials directly to the machine. This reduced manpower.
  • PROJECT 5, Analyzed machine orientation and new platform was made which resulted in single person to monitor multiple location. Auto cutoff provided with help of timer and limit switch which made it as automated. Cooling system provided in machinery parts to reduce man power interaction. These resulted in man power reduction from 16 to 8 persons (i.e 50% in that location) and productivity increased to 3%.
