  • Develops and executes sales engineering and/or complex specialist selling strategies.

  • New operating model yielded better results. Registered 59% YoY growth of team member presales activities on deals and accounts and drove team revenue impact by 120% YoY during 2021 - 2022.
  • Met high headcount demand by hiring new talent, planned their enablement, and deployed them to the role in a timely manner..
  • Expanded the roles and responsibilities of the Customer Experience Engineers to carry additional technical depth and functional knowledge.
