Responsibilities Supply chain Operations:- Expeditor

• Analyzed statistical data and reports to determine trends is performance.
• Hands of Experience in inventory managing ,Fill rate, Export & Domestic Back orders ,Process Tools ( PANDA & ORACLE DATA BASE), MS Office.
• Logistics expertise in Milk run, export container, domestic vehicle proper utilizing & Documents procedures.
• Technical knowledge in Layout of planning in warehouse& &Inventory management, Min Max planning for critical parts, bill payment , claims process for defective parts , Kaizen activity, 5S follow,
• Possess strong knowledge of Warehouse movement, Logistic operation, Finance payment clearance & Inventory part Quality.
• Currently Strong Knowledge in ( Process tools handling – PANDA & ODBC, Excel)
• Responsible for implementing Supply chain Flow Charts, Standard Work, Procedures, Control Plans and by ISO standards.
• Ensuring adherence to the quality standards as per ISO 9001:2015
• Analysis of Key performance indicators like OEE, Rejection, Customer complaints and Market complaints
• Responsible of my right suppliers and suppliers query.
• Responsible for new model parts & new level change parts quality and inventory control.
• Implementing corrective action for Customer complaints, Market complaints & conducting hourly for Quality and supplied to customer.

Responsibilities Warehouse Operation:-

• Auditing & checking sheet sign for HPV vehicles and dock movement automation there by ensuring zero accident.
• Checking the inventory and quality of the parts obtained from the plant.
• Shipping the BIW parts to supplier and checking the shipping document procedure. ( E- coating process)
• Ensuring the part identify tags and pallets quality checking.
• Supplier Inventory parts quality checking and Bill document verification.
• Coordinator for RGP & NRGP Documents in warehouse.
• Monitoring the 5S system where work can take all warehouse zone.
• Overtake entire shift warehouse related tasks including Planning, Control and Troubleshooting for E-coat process with a team of 10 Associates.
• Go to the supplier’s place once a week and check the quality and Inventory status.
• Daily inspection of Auditing at the place of packaging, shipping, Inventory, Fire evacuation assembly point.

• Worked as Production &quality
• Overseeing shift production related tasks including planning, control and Troubleshooting with a team of 14 line peoples.
• Flow the production by QOS ( Quality operating System) Standard.
• Responsible for the calibration and monitoring of Dies, fixtures, Gauges and measuring instruments required for production.
• Crane operation Dies loading & Safety control.
• Troubleshooting manfacturing problems and implements sustainable corrective actions.
• Process planning with relevant machining process documents -QPS.
• Coordination with team for NWG ( Natural work Group)
• Responsible for Kaizen, Near miss coordinator.
• coodination with maintenance for preventative , periodic and shutdown maintenance for machines
• Block closer activity support support with maintenance team,
