Summary
A tactical academician and research fellow on renewable energy optimization. I am a passionate teacher and a career guide for over a decade with an ability to help my students visualize their career and accomplish their dreams.
I have been teaching engineering students for past 10 years. In all these years I have guided multiple projects. I have a zeal for learning and research. I not only teach my students but also help them in their carrier. I have a network of students in various professions for different colleges I have worked in. I have convened 2 international conferences. Also I have setup multiple laboratories.
I have been rewarded with promotions and salary hikes. I have chaired hiring committee and other committees.
My passion for research has lead me to join PhD program in 2017. While doing research I was able to get funding from Karnataka government for a research lab that enables researchers to test their hypothesis in the field of renewable energy.
I am adaptable to all kinds of environments, people and curriculum. I bring with me a bouquet of new ideas, contacts and better practices.
