Role - Infrastructure Lead – Datacenter Hosting ( Mar - 2010 to Aug 2019 )

Responsibilities -

• Managing Private Data center with 250+ Servers, Storage , Network Infrastructure for Various Domestic and International clients on SAP, HCM, Analytics platform hosted on Vmware, Solaris, Windows and Linux OS with high availability environment.
• Managing operations team with experience in Server / Backup /Network Administration.
• Responsible for Technical RFP on Server / storage for internal & external prospective clients.
• Vendor Management with HP, Oracle, EMC & Hitachi for server and storage procurement and maintenance.
• Defining process for Capacity management, Incident & release management for projects and adhering to ITIL best practices.
• Actively participating and preparing compliance documents for Internal & External Infrastructure security Audits.
• Designing and implementing Server & Storage infrastructure for new project on Solaris /Windows / Linux platform considering sizing for primary and DR setup.
