I currently lead a portfolio within Engineering IT: Process and Change Management.

Throughout the past 5 years at Daimler Truck, my experience has been deeply enriching, enabling direction and contribute across diverse Engineering IT portfolios with varied delivery models.

These include Bill of Material Management, Change Management, Homologation, Systems Engineering,

Vehicle Validation, and currently Product Lifecycle Management—where I have contributed to both

technical execution and process excellence.

Key Achievements:

• I have built teams from scratch to establish self-sustaining agile teams with a product mindset, delivering beyond requirements to provide business value.
• Gained complete ownership of three major portfolios, helping achieve consolidation of solution, transparency in product backlog, and cost optimization.
• Established proven business and cost models, including significant cost optimization, achieving a reduction of $0.5 million over two years in the Change Management topic.
• Contributed at the department and organizational levels in areas such as innovation, product connect, and collaboration with engineering teams.

I reflect on three key areas that position me for broader responsibilities.

• Impact Beyond Expected Delivery: I have consistently delivered results beyond my role’s scope by responding effectively to change and focusing on adding business value. This approach, together with my team, has improved customer satisfaction, team stability, and product quality.
• Strategic Thinking: My experience across multiple domains and stakeholder engagement has helped me think beyond execution—considering long-term implications, alignment with organizational goals, and the bigger picture.

• Current role as Project lead and application owner for a critical application responsible for CO2 certification for Daimler Trucks, Buses and Vans.
• Single point of contact across Daimler for management of this application.
• Additionally responsible for setting up a new team for a product based on IBM JAZZ Platform worth 1.5 million euros
• Have also successfully executed key lighthouse projects for Daimler Trucks, in the role of Project lead, Product owner and Scrum Master at different phases.
• Responsible for negotiating project budget with Daimler Business units, planning workforce based on scope and timelines
• Vendor coordination for managing external resources within the team.
• Key contributor in developing an Agile compass for Daimler IT leadership, with playbooks for SCRUM, KANBA and SAFe, referred by project teams.

• As a Project Leader, responsible for handling Deployment and Data Migration Projects for different Schneider Sites &Entities
• End to end implementation with emphasis on requirements gathering, as-is and to-be blueprinting, solution design, product test, deployment and end user post go-live support.
• Defining the process for the Data Migration & also execution of the same
• Visiting Schneider locations around the world understand their current systems and propose the data migration plan for them to Windchill PLM.
• Responsible for maintaining the quality of the migrated data.
• Point of contact for the customer questions on Data Migration / Standardization.

• Evolving new process for Product Development through PLM system.
• Configuration of Bill of Materials (C-BoM).
• Engineering Change Management Process.
• Interface between Teamcenter and ECAD.
• Supported Teamcenter users with CAD Integrations like Pro-E and Catia.
• Data Migration from Legacy system to Teamcenter.
• Supported Teamcenter users with Visualization tools.

• Product Data Management and classification of Volvo construction Equipments in Enovia Smarteam
• Migration of structures from unconfigured to configured in Enovia LCA
• Participated in the execution team, understood the use of parts based on the information given in drawings, and classified them into the correct group using engineering knowledge.
• Coordinated with the team to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Identified improvement areas and processes to facilitate better work methods.
