Booking process:

• Creating bookings as per customer booking request
• Co-ordinate with onshore regarding booking request quires
• Booking Confirmation Note (BRN) sent to the customer.
• Doing Amendments which we received from the customer.
• Trained and supported new team members, maintaining culture of collaboration.
• Making Reports
• Consistently maintained strong relationships with onshore, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on project progress.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive successful completion of complex projects within deadlines.

• Validating electronic, .com and scanned documents which we receive from member with our database.
• We resolve the errors on the applications which fall into the different queues before we send the applications
• CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) for approval.
• Sending correspondence to members to gather information or provide updates for corrections.
• Working on Critical error types. When there is need.

• Debit Card & Credit Card ATM Withdrawal Frauds
• Skimming Cases
• Never Received Card Frauds
• Lost & Stolen Frauds
• Checking KYC (Know your customer)
• Desktop fraud investigation and provide all necessary information to investigating officer to crack down the cases.
