• Lead and manage a team of SOC Controller, Floor Guarding and Escort security in monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents 24/7.
• Collaborated with internal teams and external partners to share threat intelligence and improve incident response capabilities.
• Prepare and present reports on SOC performance, incident trends, and security metrics to management and stakeholders.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities for Security team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and capabilities in physical security.
• Conducting security alertness test, and participate in emergency drills, exercises, and response planning to ensure readiness for various security scenarios and crisis situations.
• Conduct routine checks and tests on security equipment, and security systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Provide information about security and safety equipment, rules and process, to new joiner, brief about evacuation process, refuge area and safe assembly area incase of emergency
• Provide training about Access ID badge Preparing and printing, access assign/revoke to badge, activation/deactivation and lost ID process to SOC staff.
• Insuring every active alarm, invalid access alarm, Door force opened, and door held opened alarm is respond by SOC team as per the guidelines.
• Prepare and present reports related to electronic security system i.e. access control system, CCTV, and fire extinguisher to management.
• Conduct monthly operation meeting with senior management and present month work details, team achievement and challenges.
• Insure all Corporate services assets has submitted by employees during exit clearance process and termination has complete by SOC team in last working day.

➢ Operate and monitor CCTV systems to observe activities, detect suspicious behavior, and identify security incidents in real-time.

➢ Conduct continuous surveillance of designated areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or other security breaches.

➢ Keeps close watch on the visitor movement, and materials movement inside the facility.

➢ Handle Fire Alarm System in period of Fire alarm activation

➢ Handle Public Addressable System during Fire alarm activation

➢ Responsible for Building Evacuation during emergency

➢ Complaint regarding Facility handover to Electrician, Plumber and Carpenter

➢ Preparing Daily dashboard, Ensure proper handling and storage of CCTV footage in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.

➢ Preparing security monthly report, material in/out report

➢ Report any technical issues or malfunctions promptly for troubleshooting and repairs.

Management:

• Conduct check-in and check-out procedures
• Record and respond to gust concerns
• Maintain the hostel facilities in proper working order
• Respond to gust and staff feedback regarding broken or non functioning items
• Ensure quality standards for cleanliness
• Organize and execute activities and special events
• Monitor inventory level and place order for products and supplies

Marketing:

• Maintain a business relationship with vendor and supplies

• Advertising about the facility on Job placement companies and Manufacturing companies

• Conducting meeting with Job placement companies HR

▪ Handle Fire Alarm System, Smoke detector & Heat detector XLS3000 system, Make: Honeywell

▪ Monitoring the Novec- 1230 gas system, Make: Honeywell

▪ Access system card programing and their generating report from EBI R410.2 station through IQ100

and IQ60 controller panel

▪ Provide new access card for new joiners & assigning the access level

▪ No dues clearance formalities for Resigning employees

▪ Generating report such as active cardholder list, Door history, denied report, Access Event as per

schedule using the EBI Software I.e., Daily, Weekly and Monthly

▪ Taking follow Up from the vendors for monthly AMC (DG, UPS, HVAC, Fire Extinguisher and Split AC)

and any breakdown of any equipment

▪ Handle complaint regarding the Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Carpentry etc.

▪ Maintaining weekly & monthly report of all BMS systems

▪ WLD System monitoring & checking in critical room

▪ VESDA system panel monitoring & checking in critical room

▪ Rodent penal monitoring and Status checking

▪ Light control/PAC on-off/HVAC on-off status check in BMS system

▪ EPABX system phone call recording monitoring & checking through Gateway software.
