  • Preparing the deck accordingly for all the review meetings and uploading them to the customer portal on time.
  • Organizing and releasing the meeting invites, taking care of meeting minutes and following up for the actions closure based on the timeline.
  • Leading my team of 3 members which includes manager reviews, ratings etc.
  • Working on new demands other than BAU which includes cost working, offer preparation, offer release, getting offer acceptance from customer and routing it to the correct team and follow up until closure of the activity.
