1) Every month 2 containers - @ 50 tons stamping and Machine parts –Motor shaft and Body machined supplied to Bremen . International shipment .

2) Many special customers designed stamping –Tools development and stamping supplied to LDW .

3) Stamping developed at Germany –Stuttgart –Kin-spices and Italy EURO STAMPING

4) Many visits done EUROPE for new development of stamping .

  • Various types of Steel Procurement and used

1) Motor Body up to 4.5 Mts fabrication & machining for LDW .Used special Nickel steel for ( -100 deg) forged shaft and Body parts for LDW AND EXPORT ORDER .SS steel 304/316 /310 / 904 fabrication for Motor and Tranformer Cenopy ( cover ) and DG set Sheet metal Cover fabrication via Welding and press sheet cutting .

2 ) Used special Nickel steel for ( -100 deg) forged shaft and Body parts for LDW AND EXPORT ORDER .

3) Developed steel from China , BAO , POSCO , RUSSIAN AND INDIAN and also Developed minus Degree corrosion protected forged steel for shaft

4) Welding ( ARC and TIG and MIG ) for fabrication for Motor and Shaft ( EN , 304 , 316 , 317L , 904 L and MS 410 450 steel and Special Nickel Molybdenum steel for ( minus -100 degree for shaft material world for Germany AG LDW Bremen plant and Transformers sheetmetal Canopy fabrication line .
