• Set a clear mission for sales plane Vs spare supply to Inter units and Germany plant, deploy strategies focused towards that mission
• Develop production line procedures, policies and standards
• Handling 500 workmen force and Strong CITU –Union in working condition with 100% shop floor Discipline and Safety
• Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports Vs supply
• Recruit, mentor and develop inter unit service and quality and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
• Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
• Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets—Utilization keeping above 90 %

• Italian – TCS VERTICAL ROTOR die Casting 150/500 tons – for 60 ( 70 OD) frame to 450 frame – OD UPTO 500 Dia and 650 H/length
• Motor spares for LDW –Germany

1) Every month 2 containers - @ 50 tons stamping and Machine parts –Motor shaft and Body machined supplied to Bremen . International shipment .

2) Many special customers designed stamping –Tools development and stamping supplied to LDW .

3) Stamping developed at Germany –Stuttgart –Kin-spices and Italy EURO STAMPING

4) Many visits done EUROPE for new development of stamping .

• Various types of Steel Procurement and used
• All steel procurement and Grade finalization done by me . All electrical steel for EVM motor - Mahindra Car , Tata car and EICHER Tractor special EVM motor spare and Steel
• Used – 250 Grade to 600 grade from Thyssen Krupp with C2 SPECIAL COATING FOR LDW(to perform at minus 60 degree ) .
• Fabrication

1) Motor Body up to 4.5 Mts fabrication & machining for LDW .Used special Nickel steel for ( -100 deg) forged shaft and Body parts for LDW AND EXPORT ORDER .SS steel 304/316 /310 / 904 fabrication for Motor and Tranformer Cenopy ( cover ) and DG set Sheet metal Cover fabrication via Welding and press sheet cutting .

2 ) Used special Nickel steel for ( -100 deg) forged shaft and Body parts for LDW AND EXPORT ORDER .

3) Developed steel from China , BAO , POSCO , RUSSIAN AND INDIAN and also Developed minus Degree corrosion protected forged steel for shaft

4) Welding ( ARC and TIG and MIG ) for fabrication for Motor and Shaft ( EN , 304 , 316 , 317L , 904 L and MS 410 450 steel and Special Nickel Molybdenum steel for ( minus -100 degree for shaft material world for Germany AG LDW Bremen plant and Transformers sheetmetal Canopy fabrication line .

• Machine shop -

1 ) All Machine component – Shaft , Body , Cover , endshield done in house

2) Shaft size up to 4 Mts and 400 dia .

3) SS steel 304/316 /310 / 904 fabrication for Motor and Transformer Canopy ( cover ) and DG set Sheet metal Cover fabrication via Welding and press sheet cutting

• Government licensing and Statutory

1 ) Handled all Government departments ( ESI , Pollution , Factory labour department , factory inspector, Labour court , DLC and local ALC and Police Department for any issue .

2 ) All Government & Union compliances – attending and regularly monitoring for better Units work

• Press shop ,steel rolling and Annealing line , steel quality lab and Customer complain cell ), Nasik –Maharashtra
• Worked with steel process line
• Handled all major steel punching complain at all Indian Venders and with my process feed back like Hardness , flatness , waviness and many improvement has been done in Electrical steel process line .
• Worked for betterment of Coating line for better electric performance of steel .
• Training at ThyssenKrupp Group Germany(Duisburg)
• Liaised with sales and marketing team to collect customer feedback, incorporating into subsequent production runs and development lifecycles.
• Managed cross-functional reliability team that reduced product failures at customer sites by 10%.
• Supported marketing teams, creating, deploying and optimizing campaigns for clients.

• Major Project Managed: Worked on Videocon Washing Drum Tooling Project ( Total no of Punch @ 1800 nos punching at one step .
• I personally Visited Taiwan to made such tools and highest production schedule

• Awarded as Mastered Knowledge & Production Skill by Mr Anil Agrawal (Chairmen & CEO, Polar Group ) in 1998 by given best Idea of stamping production and steel utilization by various new tooling Idea .
• Recognized for yield improvement from 54% to 66% by patch blanking out of scrap (best kaizen nominated), blank size reduction, sheet thickness reduction, die profile modification and finger modification
• Played a key role in reducing in scrap via ZIG-ZAG blanking method
• Steered efforts in inventory reduction from 2.5 to 1.5 for parts and 4 to 2 days for blank through VSM
• Supported general manager in loss prevention efforts.
• Worked collaboratively with different departmental teams and served on health and safety committee.
• Supported for implementation ISO in 1995, first in Faridabad

• Joined as Engineer Trainee and worked in press tool room and Press production shop
• GE motor was 1st company who purchase 1st 250 Tons High speed press ( stamping auto cleated core machine )
• GE motor was 1st tool room where I worked with all Imported Progressive tools from Taiwan and USA
