  • Responsible for handling West Bengal, Odisha, North East, Bihar, Jharkhand, and achieving the EAST region project target.
  • Responsible for target allocation and driving the project, sales executive, and team leader for achieving the monthly, quarterly, and annual numbers.
  • Conducting a monthly sales review of the team, guiding them on their performance, and supporting them by resolving the issues faced by the team.
  • Responsible for driving the regional key projects and regional key accounts for direct contribution in regional project sales.
  • Meeting with the consultant, system integrator, end customer, enterprise, and government. For pushing the HIKVISION products and solutions.
  • Responsible for driving the CCTV, non-CCTV business such as alarm, access control, entrance control products, active LED, IDP, P.A. system, HDD, SSD, cable, monitor, digital signage, etc.
  • Handling the Product team and driving the different segments of CCTV and non-CCTV business in the region, and achieving the targets of each branch.
  • Coordinating with Sales, Marcom, Technical, RMA, Stores, Credit, and Billing departments for cross-functional meetings, and responsible for achieving higher efficiency in business growth in the region.
  • Arrange a road show, and participation in the exhibition.
  • Developing and maintaining healthy relationships with SI, consultants, key customers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Every month, travel to each branch to meet with S.E., Key S.I., Key End User, and consultant in support of the local team for branch sales growth. Also, identify the gap between H.O. and branches, and fulfill that by allocating resources and planning.
  • Responsible and focused on vertical business growth, such as BFSI, Education, Retail, Real Estate, Pharmaceuticals, Government, PPOG, and PPG.
  • I have worked with WEBEL, WTL, OSRTC, BELTRON, JAPIT, and executed multiple key projects in the East Region.
  • I have worked with National Key Accounts and have handled many key projects, such as city surveillance, smart city initiatives, police projects, etc.
  • While handling national key accounts, I used to travel to Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad for meetings, solution presentations, pushing, participating, and winning the tender.
