Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of best practices for Teamcenter Active workspace - Center for Excellence in line with industry standards.

Lead various Teamcenter project teams in the implementation of these best practices, ensuring that all processes and procedures are efficient, effective, and aligned with the goals of the organization.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, product owners, and internal departments.

Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure that the Center for Excellence is meeting its objectives and continuously improving.

Participate in strategic planning for the organization, offering insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.

Act as a Teamcenter - subject matter expert for the organization, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry.

• Design and develop custom solutions for multiple Teamcenter implementation projects, ensuring that they are scalable, maintainable, and meet the needs of the business.
• Work closely with customer stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of the customers.
• Lead the development team in the implementation of Teamcenter, providing guidance and support to ensure that the code is of high quality, scalable, and maintainable.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure that code is consistent with the software architecture, and meets quality standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including software architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and design documents.
• Evaluate and recommend new approaches and Teamcenter customization practices that can improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability.

Primary responsibility is to generate Premium PLM Portfolio offerings for PITERION services and products with the objective to support sales and acquisition.
• Develop and manage innovation projects linked to PLM technologies.
• Responsible for taking these innovation initiatives from concept through to launch.
• Develop technology accelerators for these innovative solutions.These accelerators to complement implementation methodology, reduce the cost of implementation and shorten the time to value
