Completed Static & bending test for BDG 35Kj coupler & Kolkata mechanical coupler in CSIR-SERC in Chennai after successful proto assembly.
Designed & developed the life test setup for Universal Endurance test setup, pantograph endurance tests, Coupler Supporting device Endurance test and optimized the cost.
Managing & maintaining vendor registration, Request for Quote, PR to PO process and verify supplier compliance to control plans & process.
Developed Remote control monitoring system for Universal Endurance test setup in common for testing railway components with online remote-control system.
Developed Supporting Device Endurance & Pressure switch Endurance Test Bench for product Validation by synchronize with server logging data.
Conducted type tests for Medha LX2600 pantograph and demonstrated to RDSO inspector for Indian Railways.
Conducted Train level vibration test for Madhepura Cab Hvac for customer requirement.
Conducted the Mechanical test for Pantograph insulators to validate the product in GE Lab.
Conducted articulation test for BDG 20Kj & 35Kj Coupler after successful assembly as per design.
Conducted Noise Vibration Harshness for requirement for HVAC for Lucknow, Madhepura, Kolkata, Srilanka saloon & cab Hvac’s and Air Generation Treatment Unit for Lucknow, Sydney, NIF, ML3 & Medha.
Conducted Power frequency, Dry & wet withstand, flashover, High voltage tests for Panto Insulators.
Shock & vibration tests for various products & components in Govt organizations & NABL certified Labs.
Life test for railway pantographs of Madhepura, Medha, High Reach Pantograph, LX3600 & LX2600.
Conducted life test for brake components of safety valve, single hose protection valve, brake actuator, brake caliper, C3W distribution valve, D2 relay valve, driver brake controller & back up brake valve etc.
Conducted type tests for various HVAC unit to check the cooling capacity test, Routine test, Heater test & Performance test in FTRTIL-R&D HVAC test lab.
Conducted Heat rise test for LX2600 & LX3600 Pantographs.
