Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Product Management certification from ISB, he brings over two decades of experience in leading global software teams, building cloud-native SaaS products, and transforming enterprises through agile methodologies and digital innovation.
He is currently serving as a Senior software Engineering Manager, ABC Fitness, Ex-Broadcom.
He also serves as Director and Co-Founder of Gobble Hospitality Services, where he is pioneering customer-centric food and hospitality experiences.
Balaganesan is a committed agricultural entrepreneur, investing in organic farming to promote sustainable living and empower rural farmers. As a lifelong philanthropist, he is the backbone of several social initiatives, including a daily meal program for over 100 elderly residents in the villages of Erode and employment-based upliftment programs.
He is also an active lifetime member of the Paroupakara Trust in Chennai, contributing extensively to educational support for underprivileged students, including tuition fees, books, and school infrastructure development—driving equitable access to education at the grassroots level.
In addition, Balaganesan plays a vital cultural role as a lifetime member of the Hyderabad Tamil Managara Sangam, where he has organized and led programs to serve and uplift the Tamil community in Hyderabad for the past three years.

DX Platform is SaaS-based digital experience monitoring and analytics solution. This platform offers integrated set of app experience analytics, application performance management, infrastructure management, and networking management capabilities. Tech stack contains Java, Angular Js and webservices.
Responsible for DX-Saas Platforms & Restmon engineering team in India comprising of CA engineers & contractors (via WIPRO, HCL Tech, Devteam & others).
. Partnering with Saas-Ops Team: Closely working with Saas-ops engineers in terms of image deployments, monitoring health of pods, Scale-up/down on demand. Support PODs running on Kubernetes , OpenShift.
· Automation.ai Integration:Deploying and onboarding of Automic, to serve the Remediation part of DX-Platform,the ML model continuously learns from the user interactions, it changes adaptively with changing user preferences.
· Migration of DX platform PODS/Containers from AWS to GCP.
CA UIM
UIM is an IT monitoring solution that provides intelligent analytics, comprehensive coverage and an open, extensible architecture.Tech stack contains c/c++, Java, Angular Js and webservices.
· Making sure corporate metrics :measuring, grooming and built a high performing team. Working closely with each engineer’s in measuring the deliverables as numbers of issues handled, mentoring & coaching team, Scrum masters on Agile, SAFe practises and Customer facing and negotiations which resulted in number of issues handled per head increased from 2 to 8 issues per week.
· Partnering with Customer success team: Key lesson learnt in this project and exploring skills on How quickly act and stop MTTR clock , It helped us achieving one of UIM transition goals of aged cases count reduction to single digit.
· Customer focused product integration: It is important to keep integration products successful paves CA customer happy- one of the key customers requested an enhancement from Spectrum-UIM integration, the change is more on the UIM-EMS, this was taken implemented post the transition. This helped us win-win situation for both products.
CA Test Data Manager (TDM), CA IT PAM(Run Book Automation):
· Built the teams for the smooth transition of IT PAM and Test Data Manager Acquisition.
· JBoss Migration -CA ITPAM which helped scaling of the product and transformed into Enterprise release.
· Innovated the Self-testing Framework: Using ITPAM automate all possible connectors, functionality and performance testing with minimal manual tests executed on daily basis on the windows/Unix flavors
· Innovated Lite weight- IT PAM which resulted in to Process Automation Solution suite
· Product consultant role while IT PAM was adopted by internal product teams, migrated CA workflow to automated PAM process.
· Educate Services team, Technical support team and L2 on the PAM features & Capabilities and integration with SSO, F5, site minder, reverse proxy.
· QA-Dev Transformation: Process Automation Suite-Learn, Train and coach the set of QA- engineers to development web-application using Angular JS and backend using Java .Also worked with Developers in helping them understand the Testing Techniques.
· Effectively Handled attrition by stepping up and quickly building new team members without any schedule impact.
