- Leading the team responsible for Monthly and Quarterly MIS Reporting on indirect costs and cross-charge transactions for over 10 diverse Lines of Business (LOBs), including Marketing, Legal, Communication, and Technology. - Independently defined the allocation of common costs across Lines of Business (LOBs), and established reportable segments in compliance with IND AS 108. Responsible for controlling and reporting key metrics, including Revenue, EBITDA, and Adjusted EBITDA, for quarterly results submitted to SEBI, ROC, Stock Exchanges, and other external stakeholders.
- Overseeing lease accounting for the group in compliance with IND AS 116 and 109, covering over 700 properties. Simplified the previously manual calculation process by driving automation initiatives, significantly enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Currently leading the payroll processing and accounting team, with responsibilities including actuarial valuations for gratuity and compensated absences in compliance with IND AS 19.
- Managing ESOP accounting in compliance with IND AS 102, covering granted, vested, unvested, and lapsed options. This involves coordination with HR teams and obtaining actuarial valuations from external parties to ensure accurate reporting.
- Oversaw insurance contracts covering various operational risks to ensure comprehensive coverage. Recently finalized the renewal of the Cyber and Crime policy, managing commercial terms and negotiations with multiple brokers, underwriters, and insurers.
- IPO Deliverables:
- 1. Coordinated with consulting firms to obtain Independent CA (ICA) certificates for validation of Restated Financial Statements.
- 2. Tracked and managed all offer-related expenses, ensuring accurate allocation between Fresh Issue and Offer for Sale components. Coordinated post-IPO expense treatment in consultation with Syndicate Bankers, overseeing payments from the Public Account to Counsels and BRLMs
