I am an experienced professional with 17 years in the oil and gas industry, specializing in operations at oil refineries. My background includes 7 years in the polypropylene unit, where I focused on optimizing polymer production processes and ensuring quality control. Additionally, I have 10 years of experience in the Oil Movement Department at an oil jetty terminal, where I managed the logistics and safe handling of oil products. This diverse experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of both production and terminal operations, allowing me to effectively contribute to enhancing efficiency and safety in the industry.

• Accept shift from off-going officer with detailed log sheet of operational adjustments and changes during previous shift and hand over job and complete our log sheet in an orderly and efficient manner to incoming officer
• Monitoring operation using controllers, process logics, manipulating error to get desired product quality
• Monitoring process parameters such as levels, pressure reading, temperature readings and mass flow meter reading
• Communicating with shift field operators for smooth and safe operation of the plant
• Following instructions given by shift supervisor and delivering it to filed operators
• In case of emergency activating ESD through DCS software
• Knowledge of DCS software like Honeywell experion, Yokogava, Siemens zephelin systems
• Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of all equipments and machineries in the plant.
• Having good experience in field operation during start up and emergency safe shutdown.
• Safe running of the plant without violating SOP & safety procedures.
• Coordinating with maintenance departments for Commissioning, preventive and breakdown maintenance.

• Achieve the target production with design specific consumption.
• Attend plant emergencies.
• Overall responsibility of the plant during shift hours.
• Monitoring of plant parameters for efficient and optimum operation of plant
• Execution/ monitoring of plant start-ups and shutdown.
• Safe chemical handling and practices with proper PPE
• Maintaining Weekly & Monthly Reports in Operation Point of View,preparation of Startup and Shutdown check lists.
• Capability of Taking Individual Charge in all respective areas
• Continuously monitor the process parameters to avoid the unwanted downtime
• Work permit system handling HOT WORK, COLD WORK, HEIGHT WORK & CONFINED SPACE
• Pumps and Other operations like pressure, Temperature, level and flow monitoring its normality and abnormality and take the correct action
• Identify, plan and safely execute all maintenance jobs to monitor and record them to reduce the turndown time, increase the reliability of running equipments and ensure availability of standby ones
• Safe, continuous and reliable operation of the plants, ensure all environmental parameters are met with, report all unsafe acts and near miss incidents to curb down the lost time accidents
• Involved in making various training procedures & planning
• Good coordination with Shift supervisor and field operators for smooth operations
• Review of the Plant PFD, P&ID, Equipment Data Sheet & Operating Manuals
• Final Clearance of Piping Loops & Equipments.
• Inspection and Checklist laid on Pipe Lines & Equipments as per procedure
• Carry out safety audits and preparing deviation reports
• Function testing of the control valves
• Handled Compressors (PD, Centrifugal), Pumps (PD, Centrifugal), Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Absorber, Extruder
• Motor Running Test for Pumps, Compressor, Air fin cooler.
• Carry out various Pre Commissioning activities such as Hydro Test, Water Flushing, Air Blowing, Drying, Card Board Blasting, System Leak

• Preparing Line checklist, Blind list and blind diagram for commissioning.
• Experience in Preparing and execution of Work packs for the plant system and preparing punch list, loop diagrams for water flushing, Air Blowing, Steam outs.
• Review of Cause and effect, Alarm tags, Instrument Tags.

• Issuing work permit like General work permit, hot work permit, confinedspace entry and height work permit.
• Ensuring operations’ activities at the facilities are performed in accordance with established Company Quality procedures, HSE Codes and standards and recognized industry standards.
• Usage and handling of all types of fire extinguishers.
• Handling of fire fighting equipments like water monitors, Mobile foaming equipments & Personal Protective Equipments
• Preparing Job Safety Analysis & Risk Assessment for the pre-commissioning and Commissioning Activities.
