• Handling Major Raw materials, packing materials & consumables procurements
• New Development and implement sourcing and procurement strategies for direct materials with ensuring compliance and quality regulatory standards.
• Identify and evaluation of new quality suppliers and vendor qualification and re-qualification process with Quality matrix certificates
• Cost reduction with API’s, Excipients and other consumable vendors to finalize the pricing, delivery time-line with quality standards.
• Handling Engineering procurements of mechanicals, Electrical, instruments and civil items & contracts and handled project procurements of CAPEX Items
• Procurement of all QC & R&D lab Chemicals and Glassware as per the IPBP, Pharmacopeial Gand Pharmaceutical Regulatory requirements. and other accessories and handling critical spares AMC &CMC and all type of Equipments
• Coordinating with APAC for Sales forecast, Planning, Import related follow-ups
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain supply on-time delivery schedule and ensure no production line stoppages
• Resolving queries related to quality complaints or rejections and goods damages ( CAPA, Effectiveness )
• Handling Audit for USFDA, EU GMP, CE ISO 13485, WHO, GMP, Internal Audits and coordinate with QA For complete the complaints and Non-conformance and observations
• Coordinate with purchase in efficient way for achieving our department KPIs
• To create new policies and SOP, Safety procedure and supply chain process as need to increase the overall efficiency with cost-effectiveness.
• To identify the non-moving inventories on monthly basis to avoid unwanted inventory buildup.
• Managing supplier performance {MIS }
• Responsible for Rejected Materials collection and returning them to vendors & inform accounts departments to proceeding of credit note formalities.

• Overall responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring, logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory management, supply chain processes
• Import and Export laws and the ability to work and co-ordinate with cross functional regional and global teams.
• Inbound/Outbound coordination with CHA/Freight forwarder for DO, e-Payment (Ice gate) Customs clearance formalities.
• Arranging the external transport and ensure the best price with quality, on-time delivery
• Close coordination with DGFT for Duty drawbacks/MEIS/SEIS scripts.
• Handling various logistics-related issues raised by the Export/domestic/tender/Bid customers
• Review Monthly basis for process orders received from distributors and coordinate with warehouse teams for timely dispatches
• An innovative approach is needed to handle situations to arrive at cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor logistics to make sure for the smooth transaction and coordination to successes
• Train and guide warehouse employees and Actively coordinate with QA Team for Warehouse related Audits
