  • Responsible for : Channel Development, Vacant Town Completion, Recruitment of On Roll & Off Roll Team, Working on Input by conduction Retailer meet & Nukkad meets weekly

  • Responsibilities include Overall Sales of Our Products – of Consumer Lighting., Fan, Switches, Wires, MCB, MFD, Appliance, Personal Grooming, Water Heater, AC, Fridge, etc
  • Handling a set of 4 Super Stockiest, 150 Rural Distributors across Gujarat Rural only.
  • Handling 6 reportess Managers, who were based in Gujarat (in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot)
  • Responsible for running of monthly scheme, their proper communication to the Super Stockiest/Rural Distributors, by distribution of printed leaflets /mails/whats app.

  • Finance - Disbursement of monthly scheme within timeframe, by interdepartmental activities with Finance team & Backend in HO, so that monthly commitment can be settled.
  • Stock Management – Keeping update about the secondary and stock at Distributor point.
  • Logistics – Co-ordination with Logistic team & Billing team so that goods can be reached to the market on time.
  • Customer Care team – coordinating with Products complaint team , for Repair/Replacement.
  • Marketing – Coordinating with Advertisement & Marketing team to Plan & execute, type of Ad required – Like New paper/designing/Hoarding/Paper Inserts. etc
