I worked as an IPSS support SME on three projects (EGA (Emirates Global Aluminum, Albertsons & Schindler) – Provided insight for support structure with employee head count support for IOT project. Along with shift time and based on location support work structure.

• L1 & L2 Product support, Text, Email Assistance. Call handling.
• Handling two different project support and maintaining zero escalation
