Project 1: MSTR to Qlik Migration Project (LTIM).

Description:
This is a migration project from MSTR to Qlik Cloud. Contains more than 100 dashboards for seven different modules. I have led and completed two modules, and I am currently working on three modules. We have used the most advanced options to get the real-time data through ODAG.
Responsibilities: Involved in system analysis and design. Understand business requirements, analyze, and translate them into application and operational requirements as per MSRT, and implement a similar solution in Qlik. Deployed the application on the server for publishing and scheduled for use in Qlik Sense and UAT updates.
Project 2: POS vs. Actual - Finance Dashboard (NTT Data)
Software Used: Qlik Sense, Data Bricks, SQL, Excel.
Client: NTT Data Internal.
Description:
In the current assignment, we have created two dashboards; one will help the finance team understand the adjusted cost compared to the actual cost spent. The main agenda of this work is to notify the weak performer in the client's space in which they are making a profit or loss over the contract tenure. The second dashboard is to compare the data on point of sale without adjusted cost to know the business performance details: tower, location, and grade level details. We have onboarded 20 clients in this dashboard. The long-term goal is to onboard more than 200 clients.

Project 3: SD Performance and Prediction - Telecom Dashboard (NTT Data)
Software Used: Qlik Sense, N-printing Oracle, Databricks, SQL, and Excel.
Client: NTT Data Internal.
Description:
The main agenda of this dashboard is to track the telecom agents to present on the phone provided by the telecom providers, Cisco, and BT. We need to track the key metrics for the agent's utilization, phone time, and available time. We need to get the average call-handled time vs. the target time set for the account. We have provided the prescriptive insights and descriptive insights for the clients to make better decisions. Built over 20 N-print reports as part of automation for downstream.

Description:
The main objective of the LAUNCH Dashboard is to provide information to the top management users about the patient journey in terms of how the business will get source (SOB). The conversion rate of patients from the Launch program to the commercial program. It will keep track of insurance details and the consistency of sales. This project is mainly used by top management for critical decision-making.

Description:
The main objective of the Sales Dashboard is to provide information to the top management users about the sales, stock, and contract to delivery. It will also provide information about the sales rep performance details over Zone, Region, and Territory. This project is mainly used for top management for critical decision-making at the ZRT level. Key metrics for TRx, NRx, and NBRx. Market depth and market volumes will be calculated.

Client: Takeda/Shire.
Description:
The main agenda of this project is to show the patient journey. In Salesforce, we will have the different phases of tracking for patients, HCPs, and insurance components. It will help patient to HCP mappings in ZRT. HCP to ZRT mappings due to cross-territory mappings. Patient flow for the drug, and turnaround time for the patients to get the insurance details. This will hold even the feedback for the HCP, and the patient is on the drug. This project holds a lot of sensitive data for patients and HCPs.

Description:
The project mainly deals with HR information, such as how the candidate is entering the recruitment pipeline. Mainly, we are going to display the demand vs. candidate tagging info.
Also, I still have the offer run rate. It will be used primarily by the HRs for faster decision-making and tracking a candidate's journey in the recruitment pipeline.
