• Managed operational and maintenance activities for Rolls-Royce gas engine generators (3*9.3 MW capacity ) and related auxiliary systems.
• Administration of 11kV, 6.6kV, and 415V substations and electrical apparatus.
• To conduct preventive maintenance for HT, LT, and dry transformers (33 kV/11 kV-10 MVA and 11 kV/6.6 kV-25 MVA), make - Schneider.
• Management and upkeep of 11 kV/6.6 kV/415 V motor transformer SFU panel, alongside HT VCB breaker, and LT ACB breaker.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of high-voltage (6.6 kV) and low-voltage motors.
• Oversight and servicing of 1,010 kVA and 750 kVA diesel engine generators.
• Oversight and servicing of capacitor bank (2 × 1260 kvar).
• Management and upkeep of UPS units (up to 52 kVA), battery, and charger.
• To conduct maintenance activities for the HT motor (6.6 kV) and the LT motor VFD panel (make – Hitachi).
• PCC and MCC panel generator control relay, alongside the protection panel, turbine control panel, AVR panel, high voltage and low voltage breakers, transformers, generator exciters and PMGs, AC and DC motors, AC VFD drives, MOVs, battery and battery charger panels, and UPS.
• Managing terminal pipeline and jetty cathodic protection operations.
• Reliability is boosted by preserving the installed electrical system of the CPP.
• Participating in activities related to startup shutdown, and synchronization.

• Utilize a maintenance management system and direct experience in condition monitoring, predictive, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of power plant equipment.
• Coordinating electrical maintenance activities according to the plant's PM schedule.
• Efficient inventory oversight by tracking minimum and maximum levels to determine reorder quantity specifications.
• Optimal supervision and regulation are necessary to ensure maximum output through quality standards.
• Attend troubleshooting and breakdown of the plant.
• Specialization in permit-to-work (JSA), LOTO system, fire and safety systems, and oversee daily safety briefings.

• Collaborated with vendors on testing advanced microprocessor relays and their software. Employed the Sepam Micom 220 LTM relay to enhance system efficiency. Provided insights on microprocessor relay operations to optimize software usage.
