I have more than 25 Years experience in garments field and started my career as Quality Controller, and later joined as a Sampling Asst and my job responsibility is to receive program from my Sampling In-charge then make indent for yarn then yarn will be delivered to Knitting unit giving them program the GSM and tube size required after knitted fabric is ready same will be moved to dyeing factory will make sure dyed lot match exactly as per lab dips then it will be moved to Steam Calendaring /Compacting and then in house for cutting, and if there is any placement printing/embroidery will be done and then it comes for sewing, checking, ironing and packing. Before sample dispatch will check up once again with Buyers specification and will approve to ship. Within a span of 1 year I started learning programming, pattern making which helped me to know about consumption then finally knowledge about costing of my own.
Since I started my career from the scrap I used to do the entire labor job and I visited personally to all these places helped me to expertise in knitting, dyeing, printing/embroidery and compacting. So I do not find any difficulty to handle all the responsibility listed in my resume since I know my job.
I am proud to say that I kept Order cancellations, Quality issues and Shipment delay less than 5% till 2016 and it is brought down to 0% as of now.
