• Prepare pre read presentations for MRM,EVC & Other Meetings, and make sure everything is correct, good-looking, and organized
• Prepare MOM for all internal & external meetings and share to respective persons
• Coordinate with internal functional heads and Prepare support documents for organization objectives
• Managing the CEO's calendar and schedule and Handling the day-to-day tasks of CEO
• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Support & Involved to get Homologation certificates and Vahan registration process
• Organize and maintain a system for technical documents, presentations, reports, and project files, ensuring easy access and retrieval
• Meeting Coordination Arrange and facilitate technical meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive technical information, including new product developments and business strategies
• Follow-up on meetings, action items & share updates
• Attend meetings, take notes, follow up on action items from Management Review meetings, etc

• Creating Electronic parts Catalogue for all New Vehicle before SOP
• Engineering Change Management Coordinator for passenger and commercial vehicles existing and upcoming future products
• Responsible for Serviceable parts identification
• Responsible for the Engineering Design changes capture and validate in the Engineering note validation life cycle
• Co-ordinate with the Manufacturing team for the queries related to vehicle build for proto and final production
• Physical validation of the parts in the plant during prototype build
• Identify the category of parts (Alternate, New, Superseded & Obsolete) and update the changes in parts catalogue
• Identify the customer requirements and include child parts and Kits parts in SBOM
• Creation of part numbers for serviceable identified parts
• Discuss with suppliers to confirm the supply condition of defined child parts
• Resolve field queries by coordinating with (FSM), (ASM) (RSM)

· Monitored team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

· Resolved complex customer enquiries, disputes and complaints.
