Project Description:

Smart Site Monitoring tool helps monitors and sponsors conduct the SIV, SVMR, NTF site visits digitally. This tool provides AI based Risk and Sentimental analysis based on the Site monitoring report. This App is mobile enabled and can integrate with CTMS systems. To customize and configure the Monitoring Report forms digitally as an APP and Web based solution designed with the flexibility to adapt to the client's requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collect and integrate data from various sources, including digital site monitoring reports, CTMS systems, and other relevant databases.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Cleanse and preprocess data to handle missing or inconsistent information.
• Transform data into a usable format for analysis.
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement and enhance AI algorithms for risk and sentimental analysis.
• Create reports and visualizations to present findings in a clear and understandable manner.
• Use data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
• Ensure that data handling and analysis adhere to data security and privacy standards.

Project 2: Incentive Compensation (Life Science)

Project Description:

This project involves developing an incentive management system that integrates sales and marketing data. The application utilizes external data from systems like Vevva and IQVIA to gather information on sales reps, territories, alignments, products, and targets. Leveraging this data, we've implemented a Salesforce application that dynamically applies business rules based on product, territory, and target conditions to calculate incentives for both sales representatives and managers. The system allows precise alignment of users and territories, enabling accurate incentive calculations tailored to individual performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand the data schema and requirements from external systems like Veeva and IQVIA.
• Design and implement data integration processes to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize sales and marketing performance metrics, incentive calculations, and territory alignments.
• Implement dynamic filters and slicers to enable users to drill down into specific regions, products, or sales reps for deeper analysis.
• Implement calculations and measures within Power BI to perform incentive calculations based on business rules derived from product, territory, and target conditions.

Project 3: Indigo NPS (Net Promoter Score)

Project Description:
The project aims to create comprehensive dashboards for Indigo NPS (Net Promoter Score), a metric used to measure customer loyalty and satisfaction. These dashboards will provide insights into customer sentiments, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enable informed decision-making and strategic planning for enhancing customer experience and loyalty.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive and user-friendly dashboards to visualize Indigo NPS data effectively.
• Analyze NPS trends over time to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Incorporate actionable insights from NPS data to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide stakeholders with real-time access to NPS metrics and performance indicators.
• Gathering requirements from stakeholders to understand their specific needs and objectives.
• Collecting and integrating NPS data from various sources, including surveys, feedback forms, and customer interactions.
• Creating interactive features and drill-down capabilities for deeper analysis of NPS data.
• Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the dashboard development process.
• Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate dashboard functionality and usability.

Project 4: Data Migration

Project Description:

The project aims to streamline data management processes by integrating Salesforce with Azure services for data storage, processing, and analysis. Salesforce data is loaded into Azure Blob Storage, then from Azure Blob Storage the data's extracted, transformed, and loaded (ETL) and stored in Azure SQL Database. Additionally, a Snowflake data warehouse is utilized for advanced analytics and reporting purposes. This end-to-end solution ensures data accessibility, scalability, and reliability for business insights and decision-making.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Defines the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process for moving data from Salesforce to Azure Blob Storage.
• Creates the schema for the Azure SQL Database to store the transformed data.
• Ensures data integrity and consistency throughout the integration process.
• Implements the ETL process using appropriate tools and technologies.
• Writes code to extract data from Salesforce.
• Transforms the data to the required format for Azure SQL Database.
• Loads the transformed data into Azure Blob Storage and Azure SQL Database.
• Provisions and configures Azure resources like Blob Storage and SQL Database.
• Manages access controls and security for the Azure data storage.
• Designs and builds data pipelines to transfer relevant data to Snowflake.
• Utilizes Snowflake for complex data analysis and generates reports for business insights.

During my internship, I gained valuable skills in creating dynamic dashboards, insightful charts, and interactive worksheets using Power BI and Tableau. Through hands-on experience, I learned to transform raw data into visually compelling insights, aiding decision-making processes. My tasks involved data cleansing, visualization design, and creating user-friendly interfaces. This internship provided me with a solid foundation in data analytics and visualization tools, enhancing my ability to communicate complex information effectively. I am eager to apply these newfound skills to real-world projects and continue my journey in the field of data analytics.
