Functional Testing Support:
·Developed test plans and test cases for various processes and product specification
· Performed manual test on new products and required upgrades.
· Test Script preparation and same has been uploaded in JIRA.
· Identified Defects are raised in JIRA and communicate with development team in work and recommended necessary actions.
Operations Support- Static Data and Account Maintenance
· Tracking customer requests for Individual & Business Banking clients and distributing cases to the team
· Spearheading the account maintenance process, including the activation of Debit card issuance, dormant accounts, account closures, signature capture, standing orders, online banking, mobile banking and client profile updates
· Addressing escalations and queries from the Mail Desk
· Generating MIS regular reports and their distribution throughout the nation for reconciliation and TAT assurance
· Executing process improvements, automation, and reviews
· Keeping team members informed about updates and new procedures
· Reviewing important activities, mitigating risks, and working with management on the same
· Maintaining the BCP Metrics in accordance with the requirements and cross-training the workforce
· Conducting training sessions for new joiners and arranging assessment regarding process knowledge
· Performing weekly distribution of the Rejects & Referral MIS around the nation
· Attending service review meetings to discuss process-related issues and decrease rejections and referrals to shorten turnaround times on regular basis
· Setting up and assigning QC to senior staff in order to guarantee process quality
Roles and Responsibilities in MIS, PPT & Refunds - Cognizant
· Knowledge on Revenue Cycle Management of US Healthcare Process & MIS.
· Maintained Cash Posting log for PPT & PIA were performed dedicatedly.
· Project & process training to provide the new employees.
· Maintaining Refunds Inventory across all the practices.
· Sharing the Production & Inflow details to the management periodically.
· Taking care of client emails which relates to Refunds process and ensure to respond within the turnaround time.
· Sending the Production report to all the teams on daily basis.
· Publishing Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports to internal & external stake holders.
Roles and Responsibilities – E-care India
• Taking care of Payment Posting process in an effective manner.
• On daily basis, downloads needs to be done through FTP server and to be allocated to team members.
• Auditing the processed payment files to ensure the quality
• Concentrated more on TAT since all the downloaded files have to be completed within the one-day TAT.
