Profile - Core Responsibility

  • Process assessment; monitoring, evaluation and re-engineering of all the medical and non-medical areas.
  • Maintain responsibility for developing, documenting, and managing Quality System Regulation (QSR) requirements for Apollo Hospitals, Chennai.
  • Lead and integrate quality documentation efforts across Apollo Hospitals, analyze current compliance practices, and recommend improvements.
