Working as Change and Knowledge Manager in NM project. Handling the team size of 4 member from offshore .Providing suggestions & Enhancement idea's about the change improvement process at the Enterprise level. Automating the Repetitive process via service catalog or via applicable automation tools

• As a member of the Change Approval Board, the change manager chairs the Enterprise Deployment Change Advisory Board (EDCAB) meeting to review and approve high-risk and medium-risk changes
• Ensure that all prerequisites for a CAB meeting have been met
• Before the CAB and Post-CAB sessions, publish and distribute the agenda for the new board
• Before the CAB meeting, ensure that the change assessment is well-documented, including implementation, risk and impact analysis, justification, backout plan, test plan, acceptance criteria, conflicts, and approvals from POs or stakeholders
• Swarm on the P1/P2 incidents bridge caused by failed changes with continued involvement until resolution
• Empower decision-making for GO/NO-GO and ensure effective change management and governance
• SOP for the change process should be created and used as a KB article for customers
• Organize all responsibilities required for monitoring, controlling, and auditing environmental changes
• Ensure Monday leadership meeting updates include whether weekend watchlist changes have been implemented successfully, unsuccessfully, or not at all
• PIR - Post Implementation Review in charge of coaching the Change Management process and will be done every day
• Keep the business calendar updated with announcements for operational issues, annual meetings, and the change-freeze period
• Work together with the problem team to complete the PTASK for failed changes and coach the change owner
• Engage with top management such as Directors and VPs to ensure visibility over change by effectively documenting the process
• Act as the scrum master and oversee the refinement (sprint planning and sprint review) meetings
• Log production defects and assign them to the appropriate teams using Atlassian Jira for continuous improvement
• Discuss standard template proposals with the proposal owners, who perceive them as harmless, well-tested changes
• Conduct low-risk change audits internally within the Wipro group to create good documentation of change records
• Review the Internal CAB for low-risk changes and call on change owners to revise their risk assessment
• Conduct Monthly change quality awards and send out the KPI tracker for internal audit/achieve goals
• Analyze the Changes under different Assignment groups and provide suggestions about the change improvement process at the Enterprise level.

• Facilitating CAB Meetings, Engaging and Educating application owners about change best practice
• Assess proposed changes and ensuring no conflicting exist during the implementation window and a back-up plan is in place
• Reviewing the TCR documents and ensure all the testing activity and RTM is done
• Conduct post-implementation reviews (PIR) to assess the outcome of unsuccessful changes
