Responsible for reviewing DMU report on time.
Responsible for mass control, proto build support, testing, issues resolution, tooling release, Homologation and PPAP support.
Responsible for detailed design and development, such as benchmarks, computations, finalization of hard points, and standardization of parts across all models and VAVE.
Responsible for modular concept vehicle by communizing majority of aggregates and their positions.
Finalizing SQFD, operating conditions, life & warranty targets and sign off with marketing and Program management team.
Ensuring design deliverable within project milestones and project weight and cost targets.
Preparing Frame level DFMEA and ensuring proper action planning for the potential failure modes.
Vehicle homologation compliance – Digital and component level confirmation based on domestic (ARAI).
Interfacing with supplier for proposals, manufacturing feasibility & tolerance achievability checks, Supplier Test Request Schedule (STRS) and tooling payments.
Coordinating entire vehicle level build concern resolution with CFT for closing all concerns to pass the different stages of project gateway’s requirements.
Working closely with the Manufacturing Team and establishing processes/design improvements for improving the overall productivity of assembly line by eliminating/reducing line losses.
Working closely with the Technical Service Teams for improving the vehicle straight pass in vehicle assembly line.
Responsible for customer clinics, field support and launch activities.
Escalation to the senior management on the Projects if, in case is stuck up at various levels.
Functional area: Overall aggregates in vehicle and VAVE.
Team size: Directing & mentoring a team of 3 engineering professionals.
Targeted markets: Domestic.
Major software: CATIAV6/V5, Enovia and 3DExperience.
