• Led and architected Google Cloud’s Anomaly Detection backend, enabling real-time insights into cost overruns and billing anomalies for enterprise customers, helping them prevent unexpected cost spikes.
• Developed daily and weekly anomaly summaries, improving user engagement and providing actionable insights into billing trends to address anomalies before they became financial issues.

KYC:

• Led compliance efforts for KYC in US and Indian markets, impacting millions of customers. Designed APIs to scale backend operations and customer-facing features, enabling precise KYC notifications in collaboration with Elysium, Essential Contacts, and C360.
• Engineered a large-scale data migration to transition 2M customer segments from C360 to Payments via Flume, optimizing for speed and reliability by resolving performance bottlenecks and implementing a cache layer.
  

Contributed to integrating Citrix ADM with New Relic, offering app admins a unified monitoring dashboard. ADM aggregated NetScaler transaction data, which was integrated into New Relic to provide a single-pane view for enhanced real-time performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
