  • Airline Capabilities: Troubleshooting all kinds of issues occur in Systems. Can be client request, issues reported by other application support teams or Ops team. Work on Dumps. Mostly on CTL and Operational dumps. Attend Client calls, understand the requirement and work accordingly (Automations). Daily status calls as well. Working as On-call to resolve P1 and P2 incidents in all situations. Create changes and support in deployments. Attend and schedule meetings with all application teams on priority issues. Assigning the work to resource available in shift. Preparing the documentation, Continual working on automations, prepare and maintain roster. Training new resources, evaluate before deploying them into production. Get trained on any new assessment or technology. Log incident and RDI’s for all issues and RCA for critical and SLA missed issues. Familiar in creating RCA.
  • Scheduling Management: Scheduling the job for Holidays, weekdays, first work day of month….etc and as per the requirements. Setting up new Application. Setting up Externals dependencies between application and data centers. Analyzing, understanding of the production issues, bugs and fixing them. Resolving event errors and dependency non-sync issues. Add, Update, delete jobs as requested. Alerts defined in ESP by Pcontrol (Force, Overdue, Input and output..etc). Creation of Template and Dummy jobs. Agent validations and clean up decommission agents from schedule.
