Oversaw collection operations for Personal Loan (PL) portfolio, focusing on Bucket 2 (BKT 2) collections throughout Gujarat region.
Supervise 3 Area Managers, 15 Collection Managers, and over 40 DCAs and Agencies.
Spearheading regional collection initiatives, devising and executing strategies to enhance recovery rates for designated portfolio segment.
Oversaw all collection operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards while optimizing efficiency in recovery processes.
Guiding and mentoring collections team to achieve recovery goals, focusing on skill enhancement and performance improvement.
Team Collaboration
Lead and supervise floor team to achieve set monthly and quarterly goals.
Guide continuous coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
Enforce compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
Debt Collection Approach
