• Creating and maintaining the SOP for new machines.

• Safety marshalling to ensure safe and effective plant operation.

• Supporting continuous improvement in the plant with special attention on safety.

• 5S Implementation.

• Trained on Basic Fire Safety training.

• Minimum line stoppage.

• 100% Inventory accuracy by conducting periodical inventory checks / audits.

• Implementation of 5S in warehousing and logistics.

• So many customers send to the different types of samples in the laboratory and test the sample, handover the final report to the customer.

• Verify & control PT-CED process parameters.

• All testing related to PT -CED process.

• Process Control, Problem solving, Trouble shooting, Process analysis in PT-ED, Ovens, & Manual Paint application Systems.

• Responsible for Weekly & Monthly maintenance.

• Responsible for Process control equipment spares.

• Prepare Monthly Report.

• Operating the handing chemicals like H2SO4, HCL, NaOH, Caustic soda& Chromic acid, Nitric acid, Ect…

• Lab testing and prepare report.

• Maintain & Monitor the Parameters as per our Specification.

• Cost saving Activities.

• Improvement activities & 5S activity.

• Responsible for RO & DM Plant water quality.  Rework analysis

• Improve operator skill level by proper training.
