Description: Tata Neu Insure is a native app-first product within the TATA Neu App. Its Guaranteed Savings module offers a life insurance policy with assured returns, ensuring customers know their maturity payout in advance.

Responsibilities:

• Developed test scenarios and authored test cases.
• Analyzed and implemented extensive testing procedures.
• Performed comprehensive analysis during functional and regression tests.
• Engaged in Smoke, Functional, UI, Regression & Re-testing.
• Performed defect reporting and tracking in JIRA.

Description: IHCL, a subsidiary of Taj Hotels, offers customers the ability to reserve luxury rooms across domestic and international locations. In addition to hotel bookings, it provides services for spa reservations, and event bookings.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare test scenarios and author corresponding test cases.
• Performed functional testing to ensure application and database integrity.
• Conducted Smoke, Functional, UI, Regression & Re-testing.
• Worked with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
• Troubleshot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning.
• Performed system design reviews, code inspections and technical evaluations.

Description: Ryan LLC, a product-based firm, specializes in tax consultation for various clients and primarily operates in the USA.

Responsibilities:

• Engaged in designing and planning testing strategies.
• Generated test cases and conducted peer-to-peer reviews.
• Created test scripts and compiled daily reports.
• Performed daily test suite execution, providing reports to clients.
• Ensured accuracy of API endpoints during conversion from XML format to JSON.
