• Advertising jobs on various job boards across markets on career pages, and social media platforms. or Portals

Screening:

• Identifying prospective candidates and reviewing their applications. Conducting preliminary screening to evaluate potential candidates via email and calls.
• Designing and planning the selection process for each role, including recommendation on various assessments.
• Liaising with Line Managers to schedule interviews and coaching for effective interview guidelines. Maintaining a good and healthy relationship with potential candidates.
• Onboarding

• Review the job description understand the requirements
• Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, RMS, social media etc.( Linked In,Naukri)
• Assess applicant’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills and competencies.
• Build strong candidate relationship & credibility
• Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
• Sourcing and hiring passive candidates, head hunting from competitors.
• Develops effective job postings and to ensure high visibility with potential candidates and employee referrals
• Ensures timely follow up with candidates to keep the process moving forward.
• Negotiate offers, communicate important employment details, and properly notify management of trends in data acquired during offer negotiation process. Familiarity with HR databases,
