ATE Construction: Develop the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) according to testing requirements, and draft necessary documentation for database release.

Debugging: Troubleshoot the ATE and Fixture Bills of Materials (BOMs), and prepare them for production release.

Spare Parts Management:

• Procure spare parts and calibration services for manufacturing plants.
• Implement cost-reduction strategies for spare parts and services through outsourcing and localization.
• Ensure the availability and manage the inventory of spare parts and services.

Qualification Testing: Conduct tests and evaluations for new or alternative sources of spare parts.

Reporting: Provide monthly inventory and expense reports to the Finance Department and Remote Facilities.

Coordination:

• Work with remote facilities to address new spare parts needs.
• Collaborate with the Finance Department for vendor payments.

Database Updates: Update the Test Equipment Part Tracking System database regularly.

Safety Compliance: Ensure that test equipment adheres to company safety standards.

Maintenance and Calibration: Perform regular preventive maintenance and calibration of test equipment.

Issue Investigation: Investigate problems related to production test equipment, and document findings.

Documentation Control: Collaborate with document associates to improve methods for controlling and documenting test procedures and software.

Software Upgrades: Upgrade test equipment software as needed, in consultation with the responsible in-charge.

Training: Train technicians and test operators on equipment usage.

User-Friendliness: Work with production staff to ensure the test equipment is easy to use.

Spare Parts Planning: Plan for spare parts needed for all test stations.

Repair Activities: Repair defective components of test stations, as necessary.

• Study of Customer Requirements. (Electrical Specifications, Special Assembly Requirements).
• Conducting bench test setup verification,
• Cross-check with the designer's requirement test spec.
• Preparation of project prerequisites considering designers' and end users' requirements.
• Drafting the BOM for the test setup.
• Drafting the drawings through a CAD engineer.
• Verification of drafted documents before submitting to approvals.
• Co-ordinate to release the documents in the database.
• Prepare and submit the required Pre-Pilot and Post-Pilot quality reports for internal review under the guidance of the Manager of Quality.
• Pilot support and planning of test equipment.
• Contribute to Design for Test (DFT), implement, and validate requests related to test jigs and fixtures.
