With more than 7 years of experience in various Social and Development Projects of the Government of India. It has been my passion and ability to meander through the community and create an environment for knowledge sharing to fill the gap strategically and to be able to implement the project more effectively.
My work has provided me with a wide- range of experience in the field of Water and Sanitation, Panchayati Raj, and Covid 19 vaccinations with a particular regional focus on Northeast India. My main tasks and responsibilities have been intensive field visits in rural areas, conducting State and District level workshops for the Panchayat Raj Intuitions (PRIs), NGO partners, Implementing Support Agencies (ISAs), Drinking Water and Sanitation Members (DWSM) and the community with the goal to create awareness and empower behavior change amongst rural inhabitants.
I have also collaborated with many significant actors who gave monetary benefits to the villagers and encourage the community to work towards the sustainability of the project/program. I could achieve a lot of other significant results in this regard. Furthermore, these tasks have provided me with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to coordinate complex projects in the social sector.

- Conducting interviews in post conflict areas, research on social structure and individual experiences during and after the war between the Tamilians and the Sinhalese.
- Findings: The Tamilians faced the post conflict trauma and feared in the presence of the Sinhalese, after the Jaffna conflict Indian government too intervened and provided aid to the Tamilians as a gesture of good will. The Government of Sri Lanka has been taking measures to rehabilitate the community since the conflict.
