DURATION: Feb 2024 to Aug 2025

ENVIRONMENT: SAP S4HANA

ROLE: SAP MM CONSULTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing production support for issues originating in SAP procurement and inventory management.
• Analyzing the incident tickets and providing solutions through the ManageEngine Service Desk Plus ticketing tool.
• Provide instant solutions to the end users for run-time errors based on the severity of the issues, as per the SLA.
• Handling issues related to purchase requisition, purchase order, and inventory management.
• Handling issues related to goods movement, such as goods receipt, goods issue, and transfer posting.
• Support the team with issues, and provide a solution-based approach.
• Working on Complex Incidents.
• Creating an RFC in Sol Man for change requests, with reference to the incident if necessary.
• Working with the technical team if any code changes are required with respect to the CR.
• Performing unit tests for CRs and informing the user for UAT once changes are moved to the test system.
• Getting UAT sign-off for CRs from respected users.
• Coordinating with the ADR Team for new developments.

PROJECT 2: Roll Out.

ROLE: SAP MM CONSULTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As an MM Consultant I have conducted the requirement gathering sessions with business to understand the direct and indirect procurement process followed by them
• Configured the MM Org structure, such as plant, storage location, and shipping point configurations, and also completed the configuration required for the STO process.
• Conducted the data mapping sessions with PTP business, and aligned the process for data migration from source plants to the new rollout plant.
• Helped the data team load PIRs and the source list using LSMW.
• I had to run the test scripts alone in the FIT and UAT phases for the PTP module using the Panaya tool.
• Configured the output determination process for the purchase order.

PROJECT 3: SUPPORT PROJECT.

CLIENT: AngloGold Ashanti

DURATION: Feb 2022 to May 2023

ENVIRONMENT: ERP SAP S4 Hana 1709

ROLE: SAP P2P Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Joined the project from the realization phase.
• Worked as a team member as an SAP MM Functional Consultant.
• Business process study: AS-IS and TO-BE process documentation.
• Mapping Organizational Structure for MM Module: Configuration Settings in MM Enterprise Structure - Plants, Storage Location, and Purchase Organization.
• Configured Master Data such as Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchase Info Record, and Source List, apart from the Standard Material Types, configured new Material Types as per the requirements of the client and changed the field status of the material master records according to the user’s requirements.
• Configurations of purchasing document types and linkage of all the procurement cycle (PR, RFQ, PO, and contract).
• Configured IM parameters for various goods movements, like GR, GI, ST, and transfer posting.
• Configured the release strategy for purchase requisitions and purchase orders, as per the approval hierarchy of the client.
• Configured the price determination process using the defined condition types.
• Maintained configuration on batch management for materials at the plant level.
• Worked on the procurement process, such as consignment and subcontracting.
• Configured settings for stock transport orders for both intra- and inter-company.
• Configured output determination settings for purchasing documents, like POs and RFQs.
• Responsible for carrying out unit tests, system integration tests, to check for the configuration of various business scenarios and business custom objects.
• Coordinate cutover plans and data migration for master data, transactional data, release characteristics, pricing conditions, and initial entry of stock balances using LSMW.
• Responsible for the preparation of end-user manuals for all business scenarios in SAP.
• Provided training to end users to make them familiar with the SAP system for their daily transactions.

ROLE: SAP MM CONSULTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
