𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗨𝗰𝗶𝗰,
The bot will be triggered via API to download an excel file from an AWS S3 bucket. Bot will extract the necessary data from the Excel file and convert it into JSON format, and then upload the file back to the AWS S3 bucket.
𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 ,
𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵: In the first phase, extraction of data is done from PowerApps in Microsoft Teams, and the data is added to a queue.
𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿: Based on the queue data, data from filled forms and documents is compared. Upon validation, a decision is made to either create a customer in the client portal or reject the customer creation request. Customer creation takes place in the JDE portal.
𝗔𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝘂𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗿,
𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿: In the first phase, extraction of data is done from a file placed in a shared drive, and the data is added to a queue.
𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿: Based on the queue data, the data is entered into a web-based application (MC2) and then into the web portal (JDE). After that, a due notification is sent to the user.
𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝟰𝟰,
𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿: The bot downloads files from three different portals (KYFI, Stolt, and Project 44) and from the Outlook application. It then compares all the data downloaded from KYFI, Stolt, and Outlook with Project 44, excluding the matching rows and keeping only the unmatched rows. These unmatched rows are pushed to a queue.
𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿: Based on the queue data, the bot processes the data and notifies the customer.
𝗦𝗥𝗙-𝗣𝗼-𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮-𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻,
𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿: Extracting the data from invoices using Document Understanding.
𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿: Based on the extracted data, comparing the data with the Oracle web application data and creating the MRC.
