Exposure to manufacturing of stamping parts used in car body and Construction equipment. Exposure to different testing method of car quality with respect to international standard. Exposure to body Geometry, and inline & offline body measurement system. Extensive experience in managing production operations & ensuring quality standards like ISO /TS 16949 are maintained and implementation of EMS ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001. Good understanding of metal cutting process and equipment like Laser, Plasma and automatic Oxy-acetylene. Having in-depth knowledge of drawing, manufacturing process and quality of Construction Equipment Fabrication parts of JCB ,AGCO (USA),Inter-tractor(Germany) and Terex (USA). Good Understanding of Standard Like AWS D1.1, AWS D14.3,API 1104, DIN18800-7 and all ISO, DIN & VW internal standard of steel fabrication. Having Experience of Set up multiproduct line of body shop. Skilled in implementing KAIZAN, 5S, TPM and TQM activities for smooth flow of operations. Actively involved in PFMEA, PPAP, APQP activities and documentation of same. Experienced in application of tools like 8D, 7 QC Tools and SPC
