Project name: AUTOMATIC ORDER PUNCHING

Brief Description & Responsibility:

Purchase orders received through PDF formats for leading office goods supplier is being automated by this project. Once the purchase orders are received it usually takes about two weeks to complete the punching of orders on the systems, due to the volume and complexity involved. Through UiPath RPA, the process is being automated in such a way that the PDF purchase orders of various formats were read through Google's Tesseract OCR system and converted to a standard CXML format to upload to the business system and simultaneously to a (.Xlsx) file for our technical team reference & captured it followed by a series of validation steps to complete the order punched on the system. With BOT processing the overall order punching, the processing time is reduced to 20 minutes. BOT makes use of the Python-based AI-crafted algorithm to read various formats of OCR outputs. Rigorously worked in various successful POC implementations.

Brief Description & Responsibility:

In the given project, We build a robot, to automate the initial intervention of the HR Team with any organizational opening or pushed applications. By continuously spying on the HR mailbox, the robot triggers a segregation operation one it finds new emails in any folder. And listing the mails with job application profile wise. And capturing the details(sender, details, attached files). And reminds the HR team of the list at a given time in the office hour by seeking a response. Depending on the response it fires a mail to all the previous senders listed in a (.Xlsx) by putting the responses of the HR team in the details of the mail. And update the status in the internal database of the organization daily-wise.

• Hands-on training on Bigdata operations using Hadoop ecosystem.
