• 1992 - 1996 as Production Manager cum Patter Manager at PRT EXPORTS (P) LTD

1996 - 2000 as Production Manger at K.MOHAN & CO. BANGALORE:

Responsible for entire production (Cut to Pack) Factory was full fledge on Gap Brand cargoes and trousers.

• 2002 - 2005 as Production Manager at KONEGA INTERNATIONAL: (Bangalore), Besides Production responsibilities I was looking after production planning printing and dyeing, follow up of accessories, co-ordination with buying houses and sampling. I was also responsible for the production Merchandising & total administration of the company. Was directly reporting into MD based at Mumbai.

2005 - 2009 Worked as Plant Head at Gokaldas Images (Bangalore): Was handling complete operations & factory manufactured multi product for Ladies & Men’s Tops.

- Had joined this organization Production Manager, later was promoted as Plant head, also I was awarded for Team Work in Manufacturing.

2009 - 2010 Worked as Plant Head at ARVIND (Bangalore): In a factory that operates with 800 machines, manufacturers Trouser/shirting-premium

Labels like Khol’s, Gap and Mexx with monthly production of 250/k pcs avg.

• 2010 - 2015 TEXPORT INDUSTRIES, Working as Plant Head: Factory that operates with 500 machines, Manufactures Trousers/shirting -premium labels Like Tommy Hilfiger, Khol’s, with monthly production of 150K pcs avg. Visited China for attachments and productivity improvement
• 2015-2016, Scott garments, working as Plant Head: Factory that operates with 600 machines, Manufactures Tops/shirting - labels Like C&A, Primark, with monthly production of 180K pcs avg.
• Currently running an consultancy which provides insights and recommendations regarding any issues of Garments industry.
