• Interact closely and engage conversation with Product Managers, Performance Engineers, Business Development team to understand and define their requirements, pain points and Product KPIs. Create PowerBI reports based on those requirements and KPIs. This involves creation of custom measures, calculated columns using DAX.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries to design and build logics, calculations on SQL layers based requirements.
• Create database schemas, staging tables, views and SQL procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Design and develop conceptual data models to meet the business requirements. This involves creating fact and Dimension tables, Xref tables, table relationships, creation and processing of partitions.
• Creation of workflows, data alerts in Power Automate and documentation of measure concepts/logics, PowerBI reports.

Usage Metrics Report across Multiple Workspaces

• At Helmerich & Payne, created a PowerBI usage metrics report across multiple workspaces. In this, created a power automate flow that collected required data from multiple workspaces, stored them at one server and then used that to create a Report. By doing so, we were able to collect information like most used reports, most viewed workspaces, individuals who prefer PowerBI Reports and report usage over time.

Outlier tool

• At Helmerich & Payne, created a PowerBI report to understand the outliers using standard distribution method and bell chart. By doing so, able to provide threshold values to the customer and catch the outliers before they affect the daily work.

• Serve as first point of contact for service requests from Business Development team, Drilling Engineers, Well Planners, and Directional Companies.
• Handling Teamwork Desk, assigning tickets to concerned teams based on Priority and requirement.
• Communication and Co-ordination with clients, contractors and different teams to ensure timely delivery of service.
• Understanding advance BHA Components and Modeling of Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) in DrillScan Software for SAG Correction.
• Setting up upcoming projects for all our customers in Project Management interface and in house Software application.
• Generate In field referencing (IFR) values in MAGVAR’s proprietary Calculator.
• Creation and Updating SOPs, advise on process inefficiency and their solutions.
• On-boarding and Off-boarding Rigs based on services requested by Customers.
• Oversee daily operations and organize all projects for 150+ rigs in Project Management Application.
• Training new hire in Operations team

• Quality control analysis of real-time data of oil wells being drilled in USA and Canada.
• Creating a daily report summarizing discrepancies and highlighting points of interest of real-time wells over 12 hours period.

• Resolved account and order related queries for US and Canada customers through chat process.
• Managed to handle 3 different customers issues via Chat and able to provide resolution to each customers handling time of around 6 mins.
