• Star point award from Project Manager -October 2021 - Mr. Chetan Gatade -For outstanding effort to make the smooth FAT documentation for one of the toughest client (NPCIL, India) which helped to get the dispatch clearance from the factory.
• Star Point Award From My Direct Reporting manager- September 2021 - Mr. Jayant Kumar-Award received as a token of appreciation from my direct superior in taking lead for completion of documentation for Adani Vikhroli project & NPCIL documentation which helped Siemens Energy (GIS division) in getting on time Dispatch Clearance from customer.
• Q1 FY20 Puraskaar award -January 2020 - Siemens Limited, India -Productivity improvement in Incoming Quality: by a) Layout change and ergonomics b) Maximum utilization of space for keeping material Major actions: a) Selecting 3 components and study spaghetti diagram with steps taken, time taken for all inspection activities. (b) Identifying non value adding activities (c) Brainstorming and identifying ideas like layout change, instruments location, Printer location, use of 3rd dimension etc. (d) implement all changes and again conduct study with spaghetti. Results: This will result in average inspection time reduction per component by 13.6 minutes by way of reduction in man movement for getting instruments, printing, material searching time, instruments searching time etc. Total benefit will be of @ 2700 hrs. in ayear which is equivalent of more than 1 man /year
• Synergy of the Quarter - April 2019 - Siemens Limited, India -Winner of "Synergy of the Quarter Award" for remarkable performance in Q2 FY19 in Siemens, Aurangabad. Leaded the incoming quality processes / operations for a period of 3 months when 4 major team members were on leave/training & resulted in successful completion of customer Factory Acceptance test of GIS for GETCO Paschham & other important projects as well.
• Award for Contribution to GIS HP Factory set up-April 2016 - Siemens Limited, India -Award of appreciation for Setting up HP GIS 420 KV (8DQ1-6) in Aurangabad through EM Division and Global BU Head.
